Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but generally you should recieve your items in 3-5 business days.

In accordance with NZ Consumer Law, we will accept returns outside of 30 days in the unlikely event a product is faulty or packaging is malfunctioning, and you will be granted a full refund including shipping. Consumer guarantees are not excluded and are in addition to any of our manufacturer warranties.
Face Aesthetics unfortunately cannot accept returns after 30 days if:
- A change of mind occurs
- The product is used
- There is a minor colour, odour or viscosity variation

Proof of purchase must be provided when returning products.
Accepted proof of purchase includes a tax invoice from your online order or a bank statement. -
It may take Face Aesthetics and your financial institution up to 8 business days to process your refund.
We also cannot refund a credit card and require a New Zealand Bank Account.
